Finance and banking the second most satisfied sector in UK

One of the most popular new year's resolutions revolves around the desire to pursue that dream career move we've always talked about. With this in mind, specialists at SavoyStewart.co.uk sought to uncover the sector with the most satisfied professionals to help steer us in the right direction!
By surveying 4,000 professionals from 20 different sectors on a range of aspects and creating a points-based index, they can reveal which sectors are the most satisfied.
Some key findings are:
-Childcare tops the list as the happiest sector with 239 points, despite being the most unsatisfied with their remuneration(-76 points)
-Second is Finance & Banking (232 points), followed by police and firefighters from the Public Security sector(227 points)
-Health Care and Education are the least satisfied sectors when it comes to mental health and employee empowerment
-Marketing & Digital Media professionals are the most unsatisfied with the sector's toxic culture(-54 points)
-Hospitality professionals overall are the least satisfied sector with just 83 points in total.
